Xu Jingjun, deputy manager of Liaoyang Branch, was immediately arranged to lead two other deputy managers in charge of the project and technology to the leakage site. When they arrived at the site, they found that the leakage site was huge, steam was diffuse, noise was deafening, and personnel could not approach at all. Our company personnel immediately wore relevant protective equipment to forcibly approach the leakage site for investigation and mapping, and reported the relevant data. Through one day of intensive construction repair, the leak point was sealed and plugged successfully at 10:00 am on the 24th.
